Day 1: Arusha Lake Manyara National Park (Full-Day Game Drive)

Your adventure begins! After an 8:30 AM pickup from your Arusha hotel, we’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch in tow. As we enter the park, you’ll be greeted by lush forests of acacia and mahogany trees—home to buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and playful blue monkeys. Keep your eyes peeled for the park’s famous tree-climbing lions (if luck is on your side!). Depending on the season, the lake’s shoreline may shimmer pink with flocks of flamingos—though their numbers have dwindled in recent years. After an exhilarating day of wildlife encounters, we’ll drive to your lodge in Karatu for a well-earned dinner and rest.

Day 2: Karatu  Ngorongoro Crater (Morning Safari)   Central Serengeti (Afternoon Game Drive)

Rise early for breakfast before we journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater’s floor for a 5-hour game drive, where you’ll spot lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, and—if fortunate—the rare black rhino. Over 120 bird species thrive here, from eagles to vibrant flamingos wading in the lake. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the Hippo Pool, then ascend the crater rim and continue to the legendary Serengeti National Park.

By afternoon, we’ll reach the Seronera region (Central Serengeti), a wildlife-rich area nourished by the Seronera River. Expect thrilling game drives en route to your lodge, where you’ll unwind after a day of unforgettable sightings.

Day 3: Central Serengeti (Full-Day Game Drives)

Today is all about immersing yourself in the Serengeti’s magic. After breakfast, embark on full-day game drives across the endless plains, or opt for a relaxed schedule with morning/afternoon drives and a midday break at your lodge. The Seronera region teems with predators and prey—lions, leopards, cheetahs, and massive herds of wildebeest and zebras (season-dependent). As the sun sets, return for a hearty dinner and a night under the African skies.

Day 4: Central Serengeti (Morning Game Drive)  Return to Karatu

Savor a final morning game drive in the Serengeti, then begin the scenic journey back to Karatu, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The 5-hour drive offers last glimpses of rolling savannas before arriving at your lodge. Enjoy a delicious dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 5: Tarangire National Park (Game Drives)  Return to Arusha

After breakfast, we’ll drive to Tarangire National Park, famed for its towering baobab trees and massive elephant herds. Spend the day exploring the park, where lions, leopards, buffalos, and rare antelopes roam near the Tarangire River. By mid-afternoon, we’ll depart for Arusha, arriving by 6:00 PM for drop-off at your preferred location.
